What it involves

Challenge members’ closed Facebook group (Q&A’s, accountability, group motivation, weekly challenges, nutrition education and SWEATY HIIT SESSIONS!)

Fitness testing will be completed every 3 months (4 times a year) to measure your performance.

Daily fitness exercises; fat burning (HIIT) sessions, stretches and strength sessions.

Measurement guidelines, progress checks (fitness testing and photos).

Healthy food education

To maximise your results, this program includes nutritional education and tips on everyday food intake.

Demonstrational videos for every movement so you are confident and have correct technique for the exercises

HIIT stands for:
High-intensity interval training, this is a form of interval training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
